The breakfast was fresh made and rich, the staff was friendly efficient, the grounds were fairly clean. The view was bright, the service was efficient. I used free Wi-Fi in public areas a lot. The food was savoury and good, included breads, pastries, pancakes, cereals, and fruit.

Delicious, locally sourced breakfast options made mornings enjoyable.
The bathroom showed signs of wear and could use a refurbishment.

The breakfast was just super. Quality food was served, which stood out from other hotels. The comfort, facilities, and service were what you would expect in a top class establishment.
The only fault that I could find was the shower in our bedroom needed fixing. The water power was low, and it directed water very close to the taps, which made it difficult to have a comfortable shower. It also had a bath which was fine.

The spacious room was a delight, but the shower's lack of a removable head was inconvenient.

I would highly recommend this B & B, its more like a hotel than a B & B the staff were wonderful and the location is fanastic if you want to explore the city. My husband and I were looking for somewhere to stay as my son now lives in Dublin, we will be staying here on a regular basis.

I liked many things about this hotel, I liked the fact that the staff were exceptionally helpful & nothing seemed too much trouble to them, I also liked its very convenient location to the Dart station & the city centre. The surroundings were beautiful in a tranquil setting & the food was a gourmet delight with a wide and varied selection of foods from both the buffet and the cooked breakfast selection to suit every taste. I would have no hesitation in using this hotel again & indeed recommending it to my family & friends.

The location is excellent, in a influent and beautiful neighbourhood of Dublin. The building is an old mansion house of fore revamp in due way. Breakfest is superb - fit for either those looking for Irish early morning experiences and for veggies - and, as important as the above, the staff is smilingly available for hints on where to go.

We loved the breakfast options, so many choices, even had a vegan option, and it was all great, I mean we're talking delicious, better than most places.
It was a bit expensive but still reasonably priced for what you get.

On arrival the receptionist was extremely helpful and polite and suggested places to visit and routes to take. The cream tea in the afternoon was delicious. Breakfast was a joy, so much to choose from.
We were given the Oscar Wilde suite but it should have been renamed the Mirror suite as it contained in total nine huge mirrors, five of which were in the bathroom! Totally offputting. It also wasn't as clean as we expected from such a fine establishment.
